They wanted two bible class teachers to join so Mary and Cathy came and did bible class all during services and sang and taught the whole time. Lawrence used an interpreter and spoke for quite a while. It was a wonderful message on renewing our mind. I was asked to do the Lord's supper and then Lawrence translated for me....

What an incredible experience going to Venda and meeting all these wonderful people.
It was quite a trip to get to Venda, a 8 hour bus ride. On the way we were in the plaines and saw nothing but beautiful trees and small homes here and there. We did pass by Praetoria which is the capital of South Africa...

We traveled by a very nice bus the couple hours to get there from Benoni. We were supposed to drive through the park with the bus to get to our hotel, but the park had not paid it's workers for a few months so the workers closed the gate that would allow us to go visit the park like this....
